The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Meeker and Associates, Inc., 1865 Palmer Avenue, Suite 205, Larchmont, New York, 10538. Over the past five years, the Contractor has developed and completed a signage system for Yosemite National Park. It is the intention of the National Park Service to use the existing unique system as a means to continue development of a comprehensive wayside signage system to be implemented Servicewide. The current version of the system will be refined to address critical reviews; determine how to apply the system to other park and other systems; increase the capability of the system to include additional outdoor elements and further develop other documents including videos, CD's and websites. The Contractor will also be responsible for supervising two additional pilot signage programs for the Grand Canyon National Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park as the system is being refined. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the period of one year with two additional optional years. The minimum guarantee for each year is $5,000.
