Collier, Contract Specialist, (972) 308-1895 The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE-SOURCE purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition (SA) process to 1200 Main Partners, L.P., 1200 Main Street, Ste #1200, Dallas, TX 75202. IRS is currently leasing several classrooms from 1200 Main Partners, L.P. and is in need of 5011 square feet of additional training space to conduct "on-the-job" training for the Customer Service Division. Class hours will be 8:00 am -- 12:00 pm each day. Because the training facility is located across the street from IRS headquarters, employees will be able to travel back and forth as required during their training sessions and the IRS will not incur any additional costs (i,e., security, parking, rental of equipment, transportation, or travel related expenses). It is believed that due to the above circumstances, this procurement is a sole-source and no solicitation is available. Letters and telephone requests will not be accepted and are considered nonresponsive to this CBD announcement.
