This notice serves as the official amendment to RFQ ARA-8019. The purpose of this amendment is to (1) make this solicitation a brand name or equal, (2) to list the salient characteristics, (3) to extend the date of receipt of offers and (4) to remove the small business set-aside. Offerors may propose the brand name or equal of the following: Item 01: SDRC I-DEAS software including core test, standard measurement, transient post processing, closed loop control, measurement driver for HP-VXI/E1432, standard post processing. Item 02: SDRC I-DEAS Plus for 12 month support for core test, standard measurement, transient post processing, closed loop control, measurement driver for HP-VXI/E1432, standard post processing.
