This is a Market Survey to identify potential offerors for a Commercial Activities study being conducted under the guidelines of OMB Circular A-76. The function under study will be the Information Management/Information Technology Function located at the Naval Air Station, Lakehurst, NJ. The function includes the following areas: Automatic Data Processing, Audiovisual, Systems engineering, Installation of Communication Systems and Telecommunications. The period of performance under study is a base period beginning approximately June 2000 with three option periods, for a total of 36 months. The solicitation for this study is estimated to be issued in April 1999 followed by a preproposal conference with a site visit. It is anticipated this will be a best value procurement with a detailed technical proposal required which includes past performance information. A firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. The SIC Code for this study is 7376. The size standard is $18 million average gross annual receipts over the last three fiscal years.
