Concerns having the ability for providing a community residential corrections facility for male and female federal offenders. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistance and medical services except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Middle District, North Carolina area. An estimated number of inmate days are 7,300 for the Base Period and 6,540 for the First, Second, and Third Option Years (80% Males, 20% Females). Estimated RFP issue date is October 9, 1998, estimated closing date is December 8, 1998. Contract Base Period is two years with three one-year option years to renew.
