All audits conducted include screening for renewable energy and water conservation applications, using standard protocols provided by the Government. Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements were awarded in 1994 for each of the ten regional offices of the U.s. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy expiring September 30, 1998. The follow-on competitive solicitation process has been delayed. Therefore, the awards are being extended on a non-competitive basis in order to continue work performance until the follow-on competitive solicitation process is complete.The Contracting Officer for the existing BPA awards is Beth H.
