RESEARCH & STUDY On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR Part 6.3, DSS-W intends to award a purchase order (under the simplifed acquisition threshold) to Swan Research for a specialized research and study of "Assistance in Planning and Developing a Comprehensive Study of First-Term Attrition". The contractor will be required to conduct interviews and focus group discussions at three installations, by designing and planning the overall research effort; develop, field test, and gain approval for appropriate surveys; test instruments and performance measures in prepration for data collection.
