BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA) #98-01 -- LABORATORY INTEGRATED DELIVERY SYSTEM (LIDS) PHASE II -- COMMITTED VOLUME BAA #98-01 was amended on August 19, 1998 to advise that DSCP would issue solicitation #SP0200-98-R-5010 on or about September 15, 1998 for the Phase II portion entitled, "Committed Volume." The issuance date for Solicitation #SP0200-98-R-5010 is hereby amended to read on or about October 1, 1998. In order to participate in the Phase II solicitation (SP0200-98-R-5010), you must have a "Concept Proposal" addressing Phase I to DSCP no later than Close of Business, September 22,1998. DSCP will not evaluate offers for the Phase II solicitation (SP0200-98-R-5010)if a "Concept Proposal" has not been received for Phase I by September 22, 1998. DSCP will continue to accept "Concept Proposals" for Phase I up to and including December 31, 1998. Offerors submitting "Concept Proposals" for Phase I between September 23, 1998 and December 31, 1998 will have an opportunity to offer on any additional Phase II solicitations issued by DSCP, provided a "Concept Proposal" for Phase I is received by DSCP prior to issuance of any such solicitation. The anticipated issuance date of RFP SP0200-98-R-5010 is October 1, 1998 with a closing response date of October 30, 1998. All other previously stated information remains unchanged.
