SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE TO ALL DISC SUPPLIERS This notice applies to all DISC suppliers. QAP EQ003 has been revised effective 10 September 1998. Revision A incorporates language intended to clarify the responsibilities of dealers/distributors and offerors of previously manufactured supplies with respect to the requirements of the QAP. The wording in bold print found in the section entitled Contractor Responsibilities in paragraph 3., REQUIREMENTS has been added to provide this clarification. Current contracts may run to completion without modification. However, modifications may be requested by a contractor on a case-by-case basis, if necessary.
