This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business and in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 and FAR Part 13. We intend to acquire approximately 12,000 filters per year with monthly deliveries in various sizes and grids. Deliveries are to be received within two weeks from an order in exact sizes and quantities requested. Payment will be made monthly in arrears. We intend to issue a Basic contract with one option year. Total overall filters are estimated at 24,000 for the two year period. (2) Contractor to advise how much space would be required to store all of the first year's filters. (3) Filter to be manufacturer by a single construction and no taping allowed. (4) Only written quotes shall be submitted either by fax or mail. All bids shall be received or post marked by 3:00 p.m. on 24 Sep 98. Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) in order to obtain an award. This requirement is mandatory effective 01 Jun 98.
