The effective period of the acquisition will be from date of award (approximately 25 September 1998) through 30 September 1999. The items to be provided thereunder are DGPS Transmitter Battery Systems, Exide Corporation Sonnenschien A212/200A or equivalent, including 3 tier or 4 tier model battery racks with cables. The estimated quantity of batteries systems to be ordered, during the term of the acquisition is 44 sets. Delivery destinations shall be within the 50 United States and its possessions. The Applicable SIC Code is 3692 with 1000 or less employees. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on September 10, 1998.
