additional information included in this notice. This announcement
consittutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a

wide Form/Fit/FUnction: used on T56-a15 engine to record engine
temperature while engine is running. Predominant material: Steel
Quantity: 3652 ship to Kelly AFB at the rate of 2500 per month
beginning in July 99 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to
Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2
Evaluation -- Commercial Items also applies to this acquisition.
Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3
Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with
their offer. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and COnditions Required to
Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Itmes may be
applicable to this acquisition. Incorporated provisions and clauses are
those in effect rhough FAC 97-06. Offerors shouldbe subitted to the
above referenced buyer via email no later than the response date above.
All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this
notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if
any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by
the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear
concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal
development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish
the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but
communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and
recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested
