CDC intends to purchase this equipment on sole source basis from the Optoflow AS, P.O. Box 70, Bogerud, Oslo, Norway. Vendors who can offer equivalent systems and at comparable price, can identify their interests in providing said system, submitting pricing data, an accurate description of the equipment offered, and make and model number of the system being offered . Since no solicitation package exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information to establish the vendor's capability of meeting the Government's needs will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Only responses containing this data will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will not be made on the basis of responses to this synopsis. If no feasible responses are received by the close of business 15 days from the date this notice appears in the CBD, a procurement will be named with the above-named source.
