The DLA Administrative Support Center intends to issue a order to Legato Systems, Inc. for all neccessary labor, equipment, and materials required to purchase Legato's GoldCare Suppor program plus The following Update Support for one year (10/1/98 thru 9/30/99): one (1)TurboPak, seven (7) 5 client Connections, one (1) SNMP Module, one (1) Archive Module, one (1) HSM Module, one (1) Networker for Solaris, one (1) Autochanger > 64, one (1) ClientPak for Windows NT, one (1) ClientPak for UNIX, one (1) WorkGroup Ed for Win NT, one (1) BSM for MS Exchange NT, and three (3) Open File Manager NT. This requirement is for Legato's "Update Service" plus the GoldCare Support program. Legatois the only responsible source for this procurement. These products are proprietary code owned/operated and licensed by Legato Systems, Inc. The services to be performed are to provide support to a host of Legato software products and provide automatic software updates and enhancement, as well as access to online self-help programs and customer service. No award will be made on the basis of any resonse to this advertisement.
