This is a combined synopsis-/-solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-98-Q-0379. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05 This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, under Standard Industrial Code 5046 with a small business standard of 100 employees. FISC San Diego has a requirement for the following item: CLIN 0001 Provide and install lockers, 315 frames of the following sizes; 90 frames 15" W X 18" D X72" H, Single tier, 94 frames 12" W X 18" D X 72" H Single tier, 108 frames 12" W X 18" D X 36" H double tier, 23 frames 15" W X 18" D X 36" H double tier, color to be deep blue, Locker type to be quiet locker with the following features frame hook, stainless steel recessed handle, flush front design with heavy gauge frame hooks. Double channel quiet lock bar .4 inch high see base at floor, coat rods on single tier, corner fillers and number plates. A walk-through site visit has been set for September 18, 1998 at 9:00 a.m.. arrangement to have base access must be made by calling Janie Bauckman at 619-524-5465.
