D -- MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT OWNED CELLULAR PHONES SOL DCA200-98-R-0058 DUE 092298 POC Jane Uhles, TN: 618-229-9458, FAX: 618-229-9436 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Southwestern Bell Wireless, 9020 North May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73120-4498 for maintenance and support of cellular telephones. Southwestern Bell Wireless maintains and supports the Government owned cellular telephones. Maintenance and support services are provided to DISA WESTHEM, 8705 Industrial Blvd, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3352. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Supart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DCA200-98-R-0057 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
