Line items have been renumbered due to scheduling method; i.e., monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual cleaning, which have been broken down and separated. Line item 0001 is the base year from 1 Oct 98 to 30 Sep 99. Line items 0002 through 0005 are option years for the next four fiscal years.
