PST, 13 Sept 98 to 1630 Hrs. PST, 18 Sept 98. A new Bid Schedule is incorporated into this solicitation. Line items have been renumbered. Line item 0001 is the base year from 1 Oct 98 to 30 Sep 99. Line items 0002 through 0005 are option years for the next four fiscal years. Buildings 465A and 465B, (VAQ Warrior Inn) is added. This is shown under Line Item 0001AE and 0001AF of the new bid schedule. Line item for Building 2999 (Youth Center) is deleted from this requirement. Two line items for intervening and emergency repair call labor rates for Indian Springs location was added. This is shown under Line Item 0001AL and 0001AM. Line item for replacement parts deleted. The Statement of Work was revised. All paragraphs renumbered. Changes include addition of paragraph 9, Replacement Parts, paragraph 14, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS's), clarification of payment method for intervening and emergency repair calls, and addition of office responsible for PMI and repair call labor and parts payment.
