Solicitation number N00168-99-Q-L030 will be issued 25 September 1998 for the Blood Bank Division, Laboratory Medicine Department. NNMC has a requirement for a preventive maintenance contract for various models of blood bank refrigerators, freezers and platelet incubators. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a base year effective from date of award through 30 September 1999 and two (2)option years. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
