The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the Naval Aviation Engineering Service Unit by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of one (1) task: 32152. Task 32152 supports the P-3C Update II and Update III aircraft. The basic contract period is 1 February 1999 through 31 January 2000. The tasks will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods and one (4) four month option period. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for a Contractor Field Service Representative as appropriate.
