These services will ensure that the AN/USC-42 (V) 1/2 Miniaturized Demands Assigned Multiple Access (Mini-DAMA) Communication set is properly and adequately maintained and that the operational availability (Ao) of all Mini-DAMA equipment is not adversely affected in fulfilling existing Fleet Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) operational requirements. All engineering, training, ILS and CM services will be procured during Fiscal Year (FY) 99 as the base year with four option year periods. Place of performance will be required on various naval installations. This procurement will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Time and Material type contract.
