This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to conduct a series of 6 (six) one-hour teleconference consultations with HRSA representatives and CAEAR Coalition members to discuss and develop recommendations around issues of importance to HRSA/HAB grantees and health and support service providers. The Contractor shall provide written transcription, summary, and final reports of each teleconference as well as develop and desseminate strategy on service access issues. The Period of Performance for this project is 10 (ten) weeks. The CAEAR Coalition is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
