The Department of Housing & Urban Development has a requirement for a contractor or contractors to perform single family property inspections to support the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Home Ownership Center. The duration of the purchase order will be three (3) months from date of award. The contractor(s) will be required to inspect approximately 1000 properties each month for three months. The properties are scattered in the following geographic areas: New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Michigan and portions of Ohio. The contractor(s) will be responsilbe for verifying the initial services as well as on-going services provided to HUD under Real Estate Asset Management services contracts (single family property management contracts). The applicable SIC Code is 7389, $5.0 million.
