RESEARCH AND STUDY On behalf of the U.S. Army Concept Analysis Agency and in accordance with FAR Part 6.3, DSS-W intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole-source basis to the Dupuy Institute. The contractor will be required to perform research, studies, and analysis over 10 months time on a specialized database concerning enemy prisoner of war/civilian internee capture rates.
