EMALL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE, ATLANTA The Defense Logistics Agency invites vendors of component parts and supplies to an EMALL Pre-Proposal Conference for the DoD Electronic Mall. The EMALL is an Internet shopping center designed to allow military users to purchase goods directly from vendors. The Pre-Proposal conference will provide a demonstration of the EMALL, a discussion of solicitation provisions, and an opportunity to meet EMALL designers. Vendors are asked to submit a proposal in accordance with solicitations such as SP090097R1440 found at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/Emall/. The conference is free and attendance is not required for EMALL participation.
