Contractor shall provide all materials and transportation for weekly delivery of the following: clean recycled shop towels (18 x 18), white or red, 100% cotton, 3.5 ounce in weight, estimated quantity of 5200; new never used shop towels (18 x 18), white, 100 % cotton, 3.5 ounce in weight, estimated quantity of 750; coveralls, 7.5 ounce in weight,white,twill, 2 insert front pockets, 2 patch pockets, 2 breast pockets, route pocket, safety stitch out seam, side vent openings, personal name tags attached, estimated quantity of 147; bath towels (22 x 44), 100% cotton, 5.5 ounce in weight, estimated quantity of 100. Identify cleaning process for specific heavy metal contamination on white towels. Contractor to list all facilities permits that meet National Pollution Discharge Limitation System (NPDES). Quantities for delivery are not quaranteed at the maximum specified and contractor must state if they allow for any discount of unused shop towels. Period of performance is basic year of 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99 with four (4) one year options. The standard industrial classification code for this acquisition is 7213. Business size standard is $10.5 million. This acquisition is unrestricted.
