Kulanko, who possesses the following GAO knowledge, skills and experience: 1) GAO's approaches to job planning, design, and implementation of audits/evaluations, to testimony preparation and delivery and to report organization and writing both from a field office perspective and from a headquarter perspective; 2) applying the GAO-specific standards of evidence, workpapers, referencing, report writing, etc. with which GAO's work must comply; 3) developing courses following the GAO course develop ment model; 4) delivery of classroom training and videoconferencing training; and 5) recent changes in GAO's work and quality assurance processes. The contractor will be expected to revise, develop and deliver training courses for GAO's staff-level and senior-level evaluators and auditors in the field offices and at the headquarters location, with skills and knowledge critical to doing GAO's work. The required courses for critical needs include 1) Making Judgments in GAO Work (1 day length); 2) Writing Testimony (2 days length); 3) Evidence Seminar (1 day length); 4) Better Briefings: Just-in-Time Help (1-2 days length); and related courses. GAO anticipates additional new courses to be developed and course revisions in response to critical changes in GAO's work processes and developments in the government audit/evaluation profession.
