This is a Sources Sought Synopsis seeking names of potential offerors to provide rental of bleachers, to include installation and removal, on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC. Period of proposed contract will be from 30 October 98 through 30 November 98. Bleachers will be required to seat a total of 300 people and will be split between two rooms. The dimensions of the rooms is as follows: 42'4" x 41'0" and 39'0" x 18'4". NOTE: Entrance into these two rooms requires access through double doors, dimensions of which are: 84" x 72". This is not a formal Request for Proposal, it is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or an 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto. Interested parties must submit their responses in writing, via e-mail or U.S. Mail.
