Navy, intends to modify Contract DAAE30-95-C-0093 with Aimpoint, Inc., Falls Church, VA, under the authority of FAR 6-302-1, Only One Responsible Source, an estimated quantity of 300 ea. M68 Reflex Collimator Sight Units with Mounting Systems. The sight must be non-magnifying and have a red dot aiming point. The sights must be compatible with standard U.S. military weapons (M16A2 Rifle and M4 Carbine) and have manuals and spare parts readily available. The sights must be capable of being zeroed to point of aim equals point of impact on standard 25 Meter zeroing ranges using existing M16A2/M4 targets. Compatibility with third generation night vision equipment is required. Ineroperability with U. S. Army weapons is required. Delivery is required in 45 days.
