This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DEA-98-R-0035 and the synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ); award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR Circular 97-07. DEA intends to award a firm-fixed priced indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery purchase order with a base year and one option year. This is an unrestricted procurement, however quoters should still identify their business size. The standard industrial classification code(SIC) is 4812 and the small business size is 1500.
