Middleton, 618-229-9564 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), 2300 East Drive, Bldg. 3600, Scott AFB, IL, intends to purchase, deliver, and install SL100 Telemanagement Software including training from CompCo, Inc. under other than full and open competition. The proprietary MySoft Facilities Management Software will be delivered to the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK. Anticipated contract life is a one-year base period with four one-year options. For the one-year base period only the following items are required: a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software that will replace multiple independent databases with an integrated system for telecommunications management. The software has to interface with the existing Northern Telecom (NORTEL) SL100 telephone switch for all pertinent configuration and cable records as well as an established Oracle database and Internet environment. The system shall be accessible from a standard web-browser application and maintain records in an Oracle database. The software package must also integrate and include a work order module, a cable record management module, a help desk management module, an inventory management module, a billing management module, a personnel telephone directory module, and a flexible and easily-tailored reports module.
