65 -- PURCHASE OF NAVIGATOR GAMMA GUIDANCE SYSTEM SOL N00168-98-Q-ZA4Q DUE 091898 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0286 The National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD intends to make a sole sourced award to United States Surgial Corporation (USSC) for the purchase of a Navigator Gamma Guidance System. This system will include 14mm probe, battery charger, proble cables and carrying case. Proposals received in response to this solicitation shall be considered. Solicitation package may be requested via fax at (301) 295-0286. No phone calls concerning this requirement will be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Technical factors are the primary basis for award. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiations.
