See note 26. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 5040 pairs of 7 MIL Chemical Protective Gloves (NSN 8415-01-138-2504). The gloves are to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-G-43976C dated 5 September 1990. The contract will require one delivery within 150 days after date of award on an FOB Destination basis to Defense Depot Albany, GA. Inspection and acceptance will be at the contractor's plant. The contract will require a First Article Sample of fifty (50) pairs of gloves which will be inspected for visual, dimensional and end item testing prior to shipment of the full production quantities. The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible firm that submits the low price quote.
