NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ)5-89814-988 on a sole source basis for the following: Qty 1 each: DX Optional Component Library License Purchase, Floating NT. Qty 1 year: DX Optional Component License Maintenance. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Analogy, Inc. as they are the only known distributor of these products. The Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Interested firms have 21 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
