This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wiwth the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00205-98-Q-G085 applies and is issued as request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-10. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract for one line items as follows. line item 0001: Maintanence on the following Government Owned Software. Performance period 98OCT01 through 99SEP30. Expert advisor 3.5, Bundled license (qty 5) includes Expert Web Server, Expert Web Advisor Module, and Expertview. Quotations must be received no later than 3:00PM, local time, 30 SEP 98. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service should be mailed to the Supply Officer, 2300 Gen Meyer Ave, Bldg 2, New Orleans La 70142-5007. All quotations not sent through the US mail will be considered to be hand carried and direct delivered. Hand carried quotaitons must be delivered directly to the Purchase Dept same address as mailing.
