J -- MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR SIEMENS GAMMA CAMERA AND SIEMANS TOMOGRPAHY X-RAY UNIT SOL N00168-99-Q-X526 DUE 092398 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0286 The National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD intends to award a maintenance contract for service of Siemens xray equipment. The Equipment is located in Radiology Department at the Naval Hospital. Service of the unit will consist of travel, labor, tools, equipment and parts (excluding the consumables and crystal damage). Coverage shall also include two preventive maintenance visits within the maintenance contract period of 01 oct 98 thru 30 Sept 99. Maintenance coverage shall be between the normal work week of Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm excluding holidays. No telephone calls will be accepted for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotitations. This acquisition has two one year renewable options.
