The following changes are made to Solicitation F26600-98-Q2071, Gym Equipment Preventative Maintenance Agreement: Bid submission for this order is changed from not later than 1400 Hrs. PST, 13 Sept 98 to 1630 Hrs. PST, 18 Sept 98. A new Bid Schedule is incorporated into this solicitation. Line items have been renumbered. Line item 0001 is the base year from 1 Oct 98 to 30 Sep 99. Line items 0002 through 0005 are option years for the next four fiscal years. Line item has been added for intervening repair call labor. This is shown under line item 0001AB. Statement of Work (SOW) was clarified. Changes include: paragraph 3, Work Performance rewrite, inclusion of paragraph 4 Replacement Parts, paragraph 7 Inspection Frequency changed from Wednesday to Tuesdays for the main gym on Nellis AFB and Thursdays for the Area II gym, paragraph 8 Intervening Repair Calls hours changed from 8 hours to 1 calendar work day, and MSDS paragraph 19 was added.
