PURCHASE OF KNOWBELL LICENSE AND KNOWBELL IMAGING SOFTWARE The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division has been working to improve it's expertise in radar cross section image and analysis. The Navy will be purchasing a site license for Knowbell imaging sofware. This unique product will enhance R & D capabilities in current and future efforts.
