At a minimum, performance shall include all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, permits, services, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide the packing, packaging, containerization, local drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage, and related services of personal property shipments (household goods and unaccompanied baggage) at MacDill AFB (Tampa), FL. In determining business size, the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 4783; small business size standard is $18.5. The Government is performing a market survey to determine potential vendor interest/capability in providing these services at some point in the near future. Consequently, in addition to providing information/technical literature/commercial terms and conditions/statements of work, interested vendors are requested to respond to this request in writing by providing a Capability Statement which should include the following information for government evaluation purposes only. A brief description of the company including business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business concern), history, and description of primary supplies and services provided to either the government or general public. Include past and present information relating to similar supplies/services provided to either government and/or commercial customers. Vendors may include any other information deemed relevant to the government in completing this market survey and assessment of their capabilities.
