The Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to John P. Picone, Inc., for construction services at the Maritime Administration's US Merchant Marine Academy located in Kings Point, NY under SIC 1629. The work to be accomplished is considered as follow on work to work completed under a previous contract. This work includes safety modifications to the Steel Bulkhead and surrounding areas located near the Cressy Pier. The estimated price range for the work is between $40,000 and $50,000.
