Z -- SITE DEVELOPMENT SOL F3260599R0002 POC SSgt Keith Couser, 701-747-5299 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 980021, Site Development at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions for this project. The principle features of the project are as follows: Furnish all landscape plant materials, labor, equipment, and related materials for demolition, landscape site preparation; excavation, trenching and backfill; installing irrigation systems; landscape grading; installing trees, shrubs, groundcover, and turf; installing inert groundcover; and performing landscape establishment. Site design plans and/or specifications may be provided by the government or the scope may include providing design services relating to required work as specified by appropriate bid items. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite-Quantity Contract. Delivery orders will be issued. The performance period shall be 365 calendar days after the date of contract award. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
