Spauling & Slye Services, shall performed minor building repairs, space changes, modifications, and maintenance service for the Rockledge Building for a period of one (1) year. The Rockledge Building I, is a rental facility and Spaulding & Slye Services is the lease holder for the Rockledge Buildings and the only source to provide repairs and maintenance services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive propsoals. This synopsis is issued so that interested parties may be made aware of potential subcontracting opportunities with the Spaulding & Slye Services The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 7349, Size Standard $12.M is applicable to this requirement. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
