This item provides structural support for the moving parts which make up the nozzle assembly of the augmentor applicable to F100PW/100/200/220E/229 engine series of the F15 & F16 fighter acft. Material: Titanium Alloy AMS 4911 Size/Dimensions: 24" X 36" Dia Form, Fit, Function: Provides structural support for the moving parts which make up the nozzle assembly. Input: 2840-01-003-0=9017PT P/N: 4044892 Output: 4044892 Delivery is 6 ea per month starting 30 DARO. Destination: Kelly AFB, TX 78241 Requirement is for repair work estimated to be greater than USAF capacity to perform. The specification is T.O. 2J-F100-13-10, WP 324 00 & 423 00 RFP will call for a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract with a 3 year basic ordering period and 2 1-year option ordering periods. Contractor is to provide all labor, direct material, parts, facilities, test equipment and services to accomplish Repair/Overhaul. Repair to be IAW statement of work, Engineering instructions, and Quality Plan Requirements. Appplicable type of inspection is ISO 9002 quality system. To be considered for an award offeror must be an approved source IAW Qualification Requirements. Source must be qualified prior to be considered for award.
