This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are hereby requested under RFP N00189-98-R-0120. This RFP incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. FISC Hampton Roads Detachment intends to purchase the following items from Fujitsu Business Communication Systems. Numbered Notes 22 applies. 17 ea. Digital Trunk 2 CKT Adapter Card (SGL); 1 AY. Crytycal (1) 2 Port, 128K, 14.4 KBPS; 1 LO. TMA SIU Interface; Labor; Travel; and Installation Material. Delivery is FOB destination to TRICARE Mid Atlantic Region 2, 5425 Robin Hood Road, Norfolk, VA 23513. All offers proposing other than FOB destination may be ineligible for award.
