Joint Strike Fighter Program Office intends to modify the Joint Strike
Fighter (JSF) Concept Development Program Contracts Nos.
N00019-97-C-0037 and N00019-97-C-0038 and the Engine Ground and Flight
Demonstration Contract No. N00019-97-C-0050. Contract N00019-97-C-0037
was competitively awarded to The Boeing Company, Information, Space &
Defense Systems, P.O. Box 3707, Mail Stop 4C-80, Seattle, WA
98124-2207. Contract N00019-97-C-0038 was competitively awarded to
Lockheed Martin Corporation, Tactical Aircraft Systems, P.O. Box 748,
Fort Worth, TX 76101. Contract N00019-97-C-0050 was awarded to Pratt &
Whitney, P.O. Box 109600, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. These
modifications will require the JSF contractors to perform various
Supportability Cost Benefit Analyses directly related to their JSF
Weapon System Designs. The JSF contractors are the only responsible
sources capable of supporting this requirement. Any programmatic
