Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the above requirements. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
