Construct 200 feet of new bridge access roads, remove and replace 400 feet of adjacent road, provide new intersection traffic lanes, provide roadway and bridge lighting (including new intersection traffic lights and landscaped transformer), provide miscellaneous roadway and bridge signage, relocate utilities, remove existing entrance to adjacent Building 1120 parking lot and provide new entrance. The Bid Solicitation for this project will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-ROM format only. EBS Disks will be available on or about 29 Oct 98 at no charge. EBS Disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACA67-99-B-0003 when ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before EBS Disks will be mailed. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.
