The work requires installation of a beam and concrete structure over a four (4) ft. deep pool, installation of interior window walls and doors, and acoustical drop ceilings. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000, and $250,000. This project must be completed within 120 days of receipt of the notice to proceed.
