The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for a commercial item Hydraulic Test Bench (HTB) which is designed and constructed to facilitate the testing of hydraulic components such as motors, pumps, valve assemblies, and cylinders. The Hydraulic Test Bench is intended to be used for fault diagnosis, adjustment, and qualification of hydraulic components repaired at fourth echelon repair facilities. This is a commercial item, Firm-Fixed Price procurement under Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The MARCORSYSCOM is seeking a source with a compatible Hydraulic Test Bench currently in its product line. MARCORSYSCOM is not seeking a source to develop a Hydraulic Test Bench.
