Higginbotham (256) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) Furnish and install a paint line system consisting of one back draft dry type paint booth with material handling conveyor and drying oven, complete. Procurement includes the contractor furnishing all plant, labor, equip ment, and materials, and performing all operations in connection with the furnishing and installation of the paint line system. Minimum inside working dimensions of the paint booth are 12' width, 10' height, and 10' depth. The material handling system shall consist of a continuous overhead monorail conveyor with 360 degree swivel hooks at 2 foot centers. The monorail shall be rated at 2500 lbs. for every ten feet, each individual hook rated at 1500 lbs. Drying oven will be forced air convection type, heated with 100 psig steam, sized to accommodate a minimum of 360 feet of conveyor. The Government intends to perform a Best Value Acquisition. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors. The quantity is one each. Installation will be at the Subassemblies Division, Building 130, Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201. Completion time is within 180 calendar days after date of contract award.
